Track, Battens and
Motorized Systems
At Mastercraft, we carry only the finest Track, Rigging and Motorized
Systems available. We offer Automatic Devices Company, BTX, Sturdi-Bilt and selected Kirsch Products. These "time tested" quality
products allow us to properly fill virtually any Track, Rigging and Motorized
need your customer may have.
The following basic overview will assist you in determining the best solutions
for most of your customer's projects.

 Front
Curtain & Other Travelers (Cord Operated)
- Model #280 Series: Heavy-Duty track for curtains greater than 36' wide (end to end) or heavier than 10 lbs. per foot. Support drops at a maximum of 7' apart.
- Model #170 Series: Medium-Duty track for curtains up to 36' wide (end to
end) or weighing up to 10 lbs. per foot. Support drops at a maximum
of 6' apart.
- Model #140 Series: Medium-Duty "Versatile" Track
(may be curved). Support drops at a maximum of 4' apart and at curves and
splices.
Walk-Draw
Tracks
- Model #173 Series: Medium-Duty Walk-Draw Track. Virtually
any length, curtain weight up to 10 lbs. per foot. Support drops at
a maximum of 6' apart.
- Model #390 Series: Light to Medium Duty Walk-Draw Track.
Panel width up to 24' (end to end), curtain weight up to 8 lbs. per
foot. Support drops at a maximum of 4' apart.
- Model #142R Series: Medium-Duty Track (may be curved).
Virtually any length, curtain weight up to 10 lbs. per foot. Support drops
at a maximum of 4' apart and at curves and splices.
Auditorium
Drapery
- Model #170/#260 Series: Medium to Heavy Duty Cord Operated
Track. Same limitations as #170 above.
- Model #113 Series: Medium Duty Cord Operated Track. Maximum
track width 20', maximum drapery weight up to 4 lbs. per foot.
- Kirsch #94001 Series: Pinch Pleat Heading. Up to 32' width
(end to end), Two-Way Draw and 80 lbs. maximum drapery weight.
- BTX Motorized Track Systems. Typically for Pinch Pleated Headings. Up
to 50' track width and approximately 200 lbs. curtain weight capacity.
